1. Scope of this website

This promotional website is provided by Sunorama Cruises Gemicilik Hizmetleri A.Ş. in its capacity as Royal Caribbean’s representative in Türkiye. It does not offer membership or accept direct payments. “Ask an Advisor” links on the main version take you to a WhatsApp conversation that you choose to initiate; the enquiry form on the /tours/ version sends your travel request directly to the authorized team.

2. Technical records created automatically

When you visit the website, technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, access time and requested page may be logged by our hosting and security infrastructure as part of the ordinary operation of internet services. These records are used to deliver the website, maintain security, and identify errors and misuse.

3. Cookies and local storage

The website uses your browser’s local storage to remember your preferences. Non-essential third-party technologies such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and Instagram are enabled only after you explicitly allow the relevant category. For more information, please read our Cookie Policy.

4. External links and services

• Cloudflare: used to host and securely deliver the website, store contact-form records in D1, notify the authorized team through Email Service, and protect the form against bots with Turnstile.
• Google Analytics and Google Ads: may be used only after you give permission to measure website usage, conversions and advertising effectiveness, and to support remarketing and ad personalization.
• Instagram/Meta: social media posts are loaded as embedded content only after you give permission.
• WhatsApp/Meta: when you select a contact link, WhatsApp’s own privacy policy and terms of use apply.
• jsDelivr: used for the secure delivery of versioned software files that power visual motion on the website.

Turnstile does not receive the contact details or message that you enter in the form. Data processing on external websites is governed by the relevant service provider’s own policies.

5. Sharing and protecting data

We do not sell personal data for commercial purposes. Contact-form records are used only to respond to your travel enquiry, retained for one year, and automatically deleted when that period ends. Data may be shared, on a limited basis, only with suppliers needed to provide the service, external services that you choose to use, or legally authorized bodies. Appropriate technical and organizational measures are applied to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration and loss. Nevertheless, no internet transmission can be guaranteed to carry zero risk.
